How It Works

The Challenge We’re Solving

Cultural engagement has become fragmented and expensive. People often don’t know what’s on, or they hesitate to commit to a single institution or subscription. Meanwhile, audiences are aging, and traditional models aren’t attracting younger culture enthusiasts who want flexibility and value.

At the same time, venues face a persistent challenge: empty seats. Like airlines, cultural venues deal with perishable inventory—every unsold ticket represents lost revenue that can never be recovered.

The Opportunity

Culture Vulture creates a unified access point to cultural life. Think ClassPass, but for culture. We’re building a system that encourages regular attendance while giving people the flexibility and value they crave.

Our Two-Sided Marketplace

On one side: culture seekers looking for an easy way to get their cultural fix—whether through a flexible Culture Pass, tailored drops of recommendations, or VIP experiences.

On the other: venues and event owners who gain instant access to new audiences, fill empty seats, and reach people who might never otherwise attend.

How We Think About This

We see strong parallels with the airline industry. Just as airlines manage scarcity, loyalty programs, and last-minute offers to maximize seat utilization, cultural venues can benefit from dynamic audience expansion, creative cross-promotions, and smart inventory management.

This thinking informs our approach to:

  • Managing scarcity and discovery
  • Building loyalty and habit
  • Creating value for both sides of the marketplace

Where We Are Now

Culture Vulture is currently operating in exclusive early access. We’re working closely with our first users and venue partners to refine the experience before opening up more widely.
